There are three different grades of bathtub refinishing, Economy, Superior and Premium.  Economy is used on all tub refinishing jobs because it is fast and inexpensive to do.  This is the industry standard because about 95% of all bathtub resurfacing is done in apartment complexes, rental units and hotels, these jobs have to be redone often.  Economy includes basic surface preparation, economy paint and bonding agents with apartment type workers. Residential bathtub reglazing is a very small part of the tub resurfacing business.  We are residential experts. Half of the jobs we do each week are being redone.  When we take the old paint off we always see that it was done with economy materials.  Homeowners require a far higher quality new surface, this is what the Superior or Premium topcoats are for.  These topcoats are synthetic porcelain, not paint.  One of the most important  aspects of a superior bathtub refinishing is the preparation of the old surface prior to the new surface being applied.  We use a specially formulated deep prepping method, superior topcoats and bonding agents with higher quality residential technicians.  We will give your job extra longevity, durability and beauty, at apartment prices.  A lot more attention to detail is required when working in an occupied residence.  Extra care keeping everything clean is important.  We use only highly trained, experienced and skilled technicians and we will save you money.  Family owned for over 20 years.  Everyone bulk buys their materials in 30 gallon drums, we don’t.  We buy yours fresh.
